Pet Nat 2025 Fresh, vibrant, and full of red-berry charm — our 2025 Pet Nat continues a wine we’ve been quietly perfecting since 2014.
Made with zero additions and an organic soul, this is a white sparkling wine with a very slight hint of colour. This vintage sees Pinot Noir (57%) leading the blend, supported by Bacchus (23%), Pinot Meunier (11%) and Faber (9%).
A much riper growing season gives this vintage a little more generosity and body, reflected in the 11% ABV.

Crafted using the méthode ancestrale - the oldest technique for making sparkling wine - this is a naturally fermented, bottle-conditioned wine with no added yeast, sugar, or sulphites. It’s unfiltered and full of energy.
Disgorged after 6 months on lees, the wine retains a delicate yeast character and a hint of natural sediment. Some prefer to let the bottle settle and pour clear - others embrace the gentle haze and fuller texture. However you pour, this is pure Pet Nat: expressive, untamed, and totally natural.

We deliver across mainland England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands. Delivery charges vary by region and order size and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Our standard delivery charges start at £10.15 for up to 3 bottles, £7.50 for 4 or 5 bottles and free delivery is available for orders of 6 bottles or more. Orders can also be collected from the Winery in Horsmonden free of charge, and local deliveries (within a 5 mile radius of TN12 8EF) are available for £2.50. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
